Will you keep my credit card information on file?

Do I have to register and sign in before shopping with Anvisk

No, you can place orders without a buyer account on our website. Just add to cart or directly select “Paypal” and follow the next steps until your purchase is complete.

Do I have to provide my full address?

Yes, whether to ship to a packing station or a residential address, the full address including street name and receiver name is necessary.

Will you send me unsolicited emails after I make a purchase?

Yes. Usually, you will receive two emails for every purchase you make.

The first email will confirm that we have received your order and it’s being processed.

The second email will inform you that your order has been processed, shipped, and will include your order’s tracking code(s).

Does Anvisk offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries.

When will my order ship?
  • In-stock masturbators orders ship within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Not-in-stock masturbators ship directly from our China factory within 3-5 days of purchase.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
  • In-Stock Masturbators: 2-5 Days Shipping time.

Can I ship my package to another shipping address?

Yes, we can ship the package to another shipping address. However, please make sure it is an efficient address. If you paid by credit cart, please make sure it is the same shipping address&billing address. Otherwise, you need to email us at [email protected] to change your address after you make the purchase asap.

How do I change my shipping address?

After receiving the order, we can change the shipping address within 1-2 business days. If you want to update your address, please contact us. Email: [email protected] or Call us: +1 (320) 281-9555.

But, we do not support changing the shipping address after shipping has started. Therefore, please make sure the shipping address is correct before shipping.

How to get my tracking number?

We will send a tracking number to your Email box once your order is shipped. You can track it on our Tracking page with the tracking number.

How do I track the status of my order?

AIRMAIL

Delivery speed: 7-15 days.

The delivery service is the local post office such as USPS. And It has a track number.

UPS / DHL

Delivery speed: 3-6 days.

Will my items come in one package?

When the USA warehouse is out of stock, two packages may be sent separately. 

By what shipping? Any extra fee?

Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. And all masturbators are free shipping/tax. Not any extra fee.

Are all orders discreet?

What is your returns policy?

I received the wrong item

If the products delivered to you are completely different from the one you order and we confirm that the error is on our part, We will send you the correct product or a full refund(if you don’t want we resent the correct item to you, we will full refund to you ).

My order arrived damaged.

Even though all items have been QC before shipment, the damage that occurred in transportation is inevitable. If your items are received defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Customer Service Email [email protected] or Call us at +1 (320) 281-9555.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

Yes, your order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your payments.

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us by email at [email protected] or call us directly at +1 (320) 281-9555 before delivery. If your order was shipped, we can not cancel the order.

How to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us before delivery.

(a). Cancellation made within 12 hours of purchase will incur a 5% transaction fee (Paypal or your bank charges, we do not charge any cancellation fee).

(b). Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

(c). If we have already shipped your order, then the order cannot be canceled, please understand.
